Holiday rates and availability 2010

Both  43 Argyle St and 30 Bell St  properties are currently available for July and August 2009.

Holiday lets are for a minimum of 1 week and are normally from a Saturday at 1400 until 1200 noon on a subsequent Saturday.
The weekly holiday rental rates include gas and electricity.
The 2010 rate for summer letting for both properties is:

• £500 per week
• £950 for two weeks

Duvets and pillows are supplied but we ask you to bring your own duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases and towels.
For overseas guests and longer lets we can supply of up to six sets of duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, bath and hand towels for a charge of £60.
Payment terms
A non-returnable deposit £100 per week is required when booking more than 90 days in advance.   Full payment is required 90 days prior to the start of the let.
